    DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kosmos Energy Ltd. (“Kosmos”) (NYSE: KOS) announced today the pricing of $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.125% senior notes due 2026. The offering is expected to close on April 4, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. Kosmos intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the redemption of all of its outstanding 7.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2021, of which there is $525 million aggregate principal amount outstanding, to repay a portion of the outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility and to pay fees and expenses related to the redemption, repayment and the offering.

    DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2019-- Kosmos Energy (NYSE/LSE:KOS) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0452 per common share payable on March 28, 2019, to the stockholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2019. Holders of common shares on the New York Stock Exchange will be paid in U.S. dollars, and holders of common shares through depositary interests on the London Stock Exchange will be paid in British pounds sterling.
