Tommy Fulford

Senior Vice President and Head of the Gulf of Mexico Business Unit

Mr. Fulford leads our Gulf of Mexico business unit. He is a degreed Petroleum Engineer with 21 years of offshore experience in the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, and Southeast Asia covering appraisal and early development work. His career has spanned a range of engineering and managerial assignments encompassing reservoir, production, facilities engineering, and project management. Since joining Kosmos in 2008, Mr. Fulford has been involved with the sanction and development of Jubilee and TEN in Ghana, as well as the recent gas discoveries of Tortue, Bir Allah, and Yakaar-Teranga in Mauritania and Senegal. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech.
