Kosmos, along with our commercial partner Trident Energy, is continuing a successful educational program established by a predecessor energy company in Equatorial Guinea.

The Program for Educational Development of Equatorial Guinea (PRODEGE) is now a public-private partnership between Kosmos, Trident and the government of Equatorial Guinea.

Making an Educational Impact

PROEDGE’s impact in its first five years includes:
* Training two-thirds of the nation’s primary teachers.
* Establishing model primary schools.
* Modernizing the education information system.
* Enhancing the capacity of the Ministry of Education and Science.
