Kosmos is operator of the West Cape Three Points Block offshore Ghana where the company discovered the Jubilee Field, the largest oil find in the world in 2007. The block, in which Kosmos has a 30.875% working interest, is located about 12 kilometers (about seven miles) from the Ghanaian coastline and 95 kilometers (59 miles) southwest of the port city of Takoradi.
