The Senior Notes are secured(subject to certain exceptions and permitted liens) by a first ranking fixed equitable charge on all sharesheld by us in our wholly-owned subsidiary, Kosmos Energy Holdings. The Senior Notes are currentlyguaranteed on a subordinated, unsecured basis by our existing restricted subsidiaries that guarantee theFacility and the Corporate Revolver, and, in certain circumstances, the Senior Notes will becomeguaranteed by certain of our other existing or future restricted subsidiaries (the Guarantees).Redemption and Repurchase.
